Long pendulum clock, three weights, with mechanisms for the Catalan escapement and chimes on the hours and quarters. The face is made from bass, in the English style, with brass overlay and hour disc made from enamelled copper. The hands are made from brass.

Inscription: “TOMÀS EN OLOT”, identifying the maker and the town. There are different groups of clocks with the Olot brand. The first group comprises clocks of simple construction with a single hand and an engraved brass face without ornamentation (see Joan Estorch clock), and the second group comprises English dial clocks with enamelled faces of much more lavish design.
