On the obverse, head of Athena with a headpiece decorated with a curled snake and plume. The goddess’s eyes are uplifted. On the reverse, Victoria holding the mast of a vessel in her left hand and, in her right, probably a laurel wreath. In the right-hand margin, the name of the Macedonian monarch (AΛEΞANΔPO[Y]). Either side of Victoria, towards the lower section of the coin, there are two monograms.
